If I had an accident and I have no proof or witness, what will be court decision?
In most cases, if both parties doesn’t have concrete evidence to support each other’s fault, the court at the end will split 50-50 to both parties.
But if you have proof that it wasn’t your fault, by showing video, you are off the case and you will be awarded 100% insurance claims.
Where should I install this CCTV in my car? At the back or front or side? How many set i need to install?
You only need 1 Car CCTV for each car. Figure this out, you had an accident, somebody banged your car from behind or side, but you have video showing you were driving straight, that’s enough proof for the court and police that it’s not your fault. Case Close.
So it’s not necessary to install many CCTV. One is enough and installs it at your windscreen to shoot front view.

How long can a 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB SD card hold videos?
Rough estimation is 1GB of space able to hold 1/2 Hour of Video. So you do the math. However, you should not afraid to use small capacity memory card, because this cctv is CYCLE RECORDING. Means your card will never get full, it will overwrite previous video if it reach max capacity. Ideal size is 4Gb and and above.
